Located inside the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel, Pizza Pub proudly stands as Taiwan’s first hotel restaurant certified by the Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani (APA)—the official association of Neapolitan pizza makers in Italy. Since 1981, Pizza Pub has been dedicated to crafting the most authentic Neapolitan flavors.
Each pizza begins with carefully selected Italian-imported 00 Flour and natural yeast, hand-kneaded by skilled artisans and baked in a traditional stone oven, following the time-honored Neapolitan ratio. The result is unmistakable: a smoky, blistered crust with golden “leopard spots,” crispy on the outside yet soft and tender within—generously topped to showcase the soul of Naples in every bite.
The restaurant’s original stone oven, still fired with longan wood, imparts a rich, distinctive aroma that fills the warmly lit, wood-toned dining space. A semi-open kitchen and the irresistible scent of freshly baked pizzas create a relaxed, inviting ambiance that evokes southern Italy.
