◎Taoyuan Airport → Hotel
- A staff member holding a board with your name will meet you according to your flight arrival time.
- After meeting at the airport arrival hall, the staff will guide you to the taxi stand.
- You will then be taken by taxi to your hotel. ※Note: The staff holding the board and the taxi driver are not the same person.
◎Hotel → Taoyuan Airport
- Meet at your hotel entrance at the designated time.
- After meeting, you will be transferred directly to the airport.
— Passenger Capacity & Vehicle Types —
★ Sedan: Up to 4 passengers If 4 passengers are traveling, one passenger will sit in the front passenger seat. ※Vehicle type: Typically Toyota Wish, but may vary depending on availability. Vehicle model cannot be requested in advance.
★ Van: Up to 7 passengers If 7 passengers are traveling, one passenger will sit in the front passenger seat. ※Vehicle type: Typically Volkswagen T6, but may vary depending on availability. Vehicle model cannot be requested in advance.

Purchase Notice
※For transfers between 06:00–22:59 (Taiwan Time), please book the Standard Plan. ※For transfers between 23:00–05:59 (Taiwan Time), please book the Late-Night / Early-Morning Plan. ※If your transfer spans both time periods, please book the Late-Night / Early-Morning Plan. ※If you do not arrive at the meeting point within 60 minutes after your flight arrival, the transfer will be considered forfeited. Please note that no refunds will be provided for unused transfers or any associated costs (e.g., taxi fares), regardless of the circumstances. ※If your flight is canceled due to natural disasters (e.g., typhoons) on the day of travel, this transfer service will be canceled. In such cases, the full service fee will be refunded.

◎Child Seat Requirement: ※Children under 4 years old riding in vehicles up to van size are required to use a child seat. ※If a child will join the transfer, please provide their name and date of birth when making the reservation.
