- Please arrive at i-Ride TAIPEI at least 15 minutes before your reserved time. Present your coupon to the staff at the reception counter.

※Redemption period: Valid only on the date and time slot you selected when booking. ※Unavailable during Lunar New Year (2027/02/05-02/10). ※Restrictions: Pregnant individuals, those weighing over 100 kg, anyone who has recently undergone surgery, people with acrophobia, prone to dizziness, high blood pressure, heart disease, or vascular conditions are not permitted to ride. ※Height restriction: Children under 100 cm cannot ride. Children aged 4–12 must be accompanied by a guardian for safety reasons. ※Location & accessibility: The Flying Theater is on the 2nd floor. Wheelchair users may participate only if accompanied by someone who can assist them up and down the stairs. ※Prohibited actions: Recording, photography, or filming is not allowed during the ride. ※Behavior: Please follow all rules and staff instructions. Disruptive, unsafe, or bothersome behavior toward others may result in denied entry. ※Damages: If a visitor ignores staff instructions or facility rules and causes damage to the facility or exhibits, they are responsible for compensation. Facility rules may change, so please check on the day of your visit. ※QR code ticket: The QR code voucher will be sent to the registered email address. On the day of your visit, present the QR code on your smartphone or a printed copy at the counter to exchange it for a ticket.
