The Experience
★ Airport → Hotel ★ A staff member holding a board with the guest’s name will meet you according to your flight arrival time. After meeting in the airport arrival lobby, you will be transferred directly to your hotel.
★ Hotel → Airport ★ Please meet in the hotel lobby (the pickup time will be provided on your arrival day). After meeting, you will be transferred directly from the hotel to the airport, with assistance provided up to the check-in counter.
How to Use
- Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at designated location.

Important Booking Information
※ The transfer service is available within Taipei City only. ※ Guests can choose between one-way or round-trip transfer. ※ The assigned guide will be wearing an orange vest with “Naruwanto” printed on it. ※ For private transfers: If you do not arrive at the designated meeting point within 90 minutes after flight arrival, the transfer will be considered forfeited. Please note that if the transfer service is not used, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including transfer fees or any transportation costs incurred (such as taxi fares).
※Child Seat Requirement:
- Children under 4 years old riding in vehicles up to van size are required to use a child seat.
- If a child will join the transfer, please provide their name and date of birth when making the reservation.
