- 【Plan with Audio Guide Rental】 - Before entering the museum, please visit the Audio Guide Rental Counter on the first floor. - Show the QR code received by email to the staff and receive your audio guide device. - A valid ID or a deposit of NTD 1,000 is required to receive the device. - You can then use the audio guide to enjoy the exhibits at your own pace.

【About the National Palace Museum】 The National Palace Museum is normally closed on Mondays. However, if a Monday falls on a public holiday or during a long weekend, the museum will remain open. The museum will be open on the following Mondays in 2026:
January : 19, 26 February : 9, 16 (Chinese New Year’s Eve, 9:00–16:00) March : 2, 9, 23 April 6, 13, 20, 27 May : 4, 18 June : 8 July : 6 August : 3 September : 28 October : 26 November : 9 December : 7
Please note that the museum’s opening days are subject to change without notice. Schedules may be adjusted depending on circumstances on the day of your visit.

※This product includes tickets to the National Palace Museum (Main Branch) in Taipei and Zhishan Garden. The e-ticket is valid for one year from the date of issue.
★How to Use Your E-Ticket & Entry Information★
- At the National Palace Museum, scan the QR code at the dedicated e-ticket entrance gate to gain entry. (Each QR code can only be used once.)
- At Zhishan Garden, show your QR code to the staff to enjoy free admission and a visit. Please note that if you fail to present your QR code, services cannot be provided and no refunds will be issued. Visitors under 18 are free of charge regardless of nationality, but may be required to show a passport or other ID upon entry. Please have your passport ready.
★Important Notes Inside the Museum★ ※Visitors wearing sandals, carrying backpacks, or bringing cameras without covers are not allowed entry. ※Photography and video recording are allowed in exhibition halls, but the use of flash, professional lighting equipment, tripods, or selfie sticks is prohibited. Some exhibits may have individual restrictions—please follow the posted instructions.
