【About the National Palace Museum】 The National Palace Museum is normally closed on Mondays. However, if a Monday falls on a public holiday or during a long weekend, the museum will remain open. The museum will be open on the following Mondays in 2026:
January : 19, 26 February : 9, 16 (Chinese New Year’s Eve, 9:00–16:00) March : 2, 9, 23 April 6, 13, 20, 27 May : 4, 18 June : 8 July : 6 August : 3 September : 28 October : 26 November : 9 December : 7
