■ Eligibility for Purchase This pass is available only to foreign travelers on short-term visits to Taiwan. Adults: 12 years and older – please purchase an adult pass. Children: 6–11 years – please purchase a child pass. Under 6 years old: Free if no seat is used. If a seat is required, a child pass must be purchased.

■ App Download This product must be redeemed and used via the Taiwan PASS app. Please download the app before use.

■ Validity Period 1. Plan Activation Period Within 1 year of purchase, enter the serial number starting with "85" from your order confirmation in the app to activate your Taiwan PASS. Example: If purchased on 2026/1/1, you must activate it by 2027/1/1. The app will display your card at the top of the screen and a product category list at the bottom.

2. Plan Usage Period (after activation) Once any item is used for the first time (boarding, admission, or ticket redemption), the remaining items must be used within 7 days, including the first usage day. Example: If you select the "Taipei, New Taipei & Keelung Fun Pass 2-Day Unlimited Transport" and present the QR code at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 on 2026/1/3, the remaining products must be used by 2026/1/9. ※Please check the exact usage period in your Travel Plan. ※Some products (e.g., 5-Day Taiwan Rail Pass, Kaohsiung MRT + Light Rail 2-Day Pass) have validity automatically set upon issuance of the electronic certificate and cannot be modified.

■ Other Important Notes Always check official websites for the latest opening hours and transport information (schedules, service frequency, etc.) for attractions. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain), activities or services may be postponed or canceled for safety reasons. Organizers have the right to announce, modify, terminate, or adjust services as necessary.

■ High-Speed Rail (HSR) 3-Day Pass 1. Ticket Redemption & Usage Must be redeemed and used within 89 days from the issuance date. Reservations can be made up to 29 days in advance, including the travel day, and up to 1 hour before departure.

2. Electronic Serial Number and Reservation Receive your serial number in the app under “Obtain Ticket”. Use the serial number to reserve HSR trains on the Taiwan High-Speed Rail official site (T-EX). ※Reservations can only be made for trains departing the day after the serial number is obtained. Example: If the serial number is obtained on 2026/1/5, reservations can be made for trains on or after 2026/1/6.

3. After Ticket Pickup at HSR Station Once you receive your physical ticket at the HSR station, you cannot change or rebook online. For any changes, please contact the station directly. Refer to the HSR official website for station info: https://jp.thsrc.com.tw/

4. No Refunds or Extensions Delays, service interruptions, cancellations, onboard AC malfunctions, or other unforeseen events do not entitle you to refunds, compensation, or validity extensions. Similarly, trips canceled due to illness, weather (e.g., typhoon warnings), or other factors are not eligible for refunds, compensation, or extensions.
