The Experience
★ Airport → Hotel (Outbound) ★ After arriving in Taiwan, a guide wearing an orange vest will be waiting at the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2. Please provide your name to the guide. The transfer will depart once all passengers are on board. Upon arrival at your hotel, please check that you have all your belongings before exiting and proceed to check in.
★ Hotel → Airport (Return) ★ Please meet at your hotel lobby after completing check-out. A guide wearing an orange vest will be waiting; please provide your name. The transfer will depart once all passengers are on board. Upon arrival at the airport, exit the vehicle and proceed to the check-in counter to complete your check-in.

★ About This Service ★ ※Transfers are only available for direct flights to and from Japan. ※If your departure and local arrival dates span different days, please select the arrival date in Taiwan. ※Guides will be waiting, wearing an orange vest with “Naruwanto” displayed (except for guide-less plans). ※Each passenger may bring one suitcase (up to 24 inches / total dimensions approx. 130 cm) and one carry-on item. ※In the event of natural disasters, severe weather, war, or civil unrest that affects the itinerary or causes cancellation, refunds for the tour fee or other incurred costs are generally not provided.
★ Outbound (Airport → Hotel) ★ ※Taiwan has abolished paper arrival cards; all arrivals must submit a pre-arrival online application (https://twac.immigration.gov.tw/). Applications can be submitted from 3 days before arrival. Completing this before departure will make entry smoother. ※Transfers will be arranged according to your flight arrival time. ※If you fail to arrive at the meeting point within 90 minutes after your flight’s arrival, the transfer will be considered forfeited. Please note that no compensation will be provided for the transfer fee or any transportation costs incurred (e.g., taxi fares).
