Our Same-Day Luggage Delivery Service between Taoyuan or Songshan Airport and Taipei hotels allows you to skip the hassle of heavy bags and dive straight into sightseeing, shopping, or meetings. Simply book in advance, and a dedicated staff member will meet you at the airport to collect your luggage and deliver it safely to your hotel by 9:00 PM—no lines, no lockers, no stress.

Heading home? Drop off your bags at your hotel by 11:00 AM, and they’ll be waiting for you at the airport in time for your flight, with delivery guaranteed at least 2 hours before departure. Travel lighter, move faster, and make every moment in Taiwan worry-free—because the best trips start when your hands are free.

Itinerary

  • ★ Service Hours & Luggage Handover Times ★ - Airport → Hotel: You can select a preferred delivery time between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Delivery is recommended 60–90 minutes after your flight arrival, plus an additional 30-minute buffer. Luggage will be delivered to the hotel front desk by 9:00 PM on the same day. Please note: Guests cannot specify the exact delivery time at the hotel. - Hotel → Airport: Drop off luggage at the hotel front desk by 11:00 AM. At the airport, you can select a preferred pickup time between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Delivery should be scheduled at least 2 hours before your flight departure, plus an additional 30-minute buffer. ※Please note: Guests cannot specify the exact drop-off time at the hotel.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours at the email address provided during reservation. Please review the information in the confirmation email carefully and register the customer service contact (e.g., LINE or other messaging apps) in advance so you can be reached on the day of service. Your cooperation ensures smooth coordination on the day of delivery.
  • ★ Luggage Handover Location ★ Please drop off or pick up your luggage at the designated location specified in the confirmation email you receive after your booking is confirmed.

※The minimum number of items per delivery is 2. ※Luggage or items will not be accepted for delivery under the following conditions: 1. Requests that do not comply with these terms and conditions. 2. Incomplete or incorrect order information. 3. Improperly packaged items or luggage. 4. Requests that place an unreasonable burden on the service provider. 5. Document deliveries that involve illegal activities (e.g., violations of postal law). 6. Items prohibited from delivery, including but not limited to: - Dangerous or restricted items (e.g., weapons, ammunition, knives, drugs). - Perishable items requiring refrigeration or with near expiration dates. - Cash, checks, stocks, securities, jewelry, precious metals, antiques, art, or other high-value items. - Credit cards, debit cards, or other sensitive financial instruments. - Items requiring special care. - Animals (including cats, dogs, birds, etc.). - Identification documents (passports, exam tickets, airline tickets, etc.). - Non-reproducible or unique data/media. - Flammable, volatile, corrosive, or toxic substances. - Any item deemed unsuitable for delivery by the service provider.

Important Booking Information

※Luggage must be ready for pickup at least 2 hours before your flight departure. ※Weight limit: 32 kg / 70 lbs per item. ※Size limit: maximum 32 kg per item, with total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 180 cm. ※Only suitcases, cardboard boxes, backpacks, and briefcases are accepted. ※Sports equipment: Golf bags, skis, or bicycle bags are accepted with a maximum weight of 25 kg and total dimensions up to 250 cm. An additional US$25 per item applies. ※Always keep passports, tickets, and valuables with you. ※If the customer is more than 30 minutes late, an extra US$10 per 15 minutes will be charged. ※If the driver is more than 30 minutes late, a US$10 gift card per 15 minutes will be provided as compensation. ※For airport-to-hotel delivery with on-time flights, staff will wait up to 30 minutes after arrival. If delayed beyond this without contact, the booking will be canceled with no refund. ※For flight delays:

  • Delays up to 60 minutes: delivery time is automatically adjusted free of charge.
  • Delays of 61 minutes or more: the service provider may cancel the booking and refund 50%. Waiting longer at the customer’s request will incur additional fees. ※For early arrivals, same-day delivery may not be guaranteed due to operational conditions. ※For hotel-to-airport shipments, actual pickup times by the driver may differ from the time luggage is dropped off at the front desk. Take photos of your luggage and receipts before departure. If the driver cannot collect luggage and cannot reach the customer, the provider may cancel the booking with no refund. If the customer fails to appear at the airport, luggage will be stored in a locker, and a pickup code will be provided. ※If you cannot meet the scheduled pickup time, the luggage will be reshipped via FedEx or DHL to your designated address at no cost to you. ※Items prohibited by law cannot be delivered. Any damages, legal responsibility, or consequences are the customer’s responsibility. ※Inspect your luggage at the time of collection. If there are issues, take photos and contact customer service immediately. Once confirmed, the service is considered complete, and no further responsibility will be assumed. ※Any additional luggage added on the day will incur extra charges. ※After booking, make sure to review the confirmation notice and register customer service contact info (e.g., LINE) for same-day communication.
